#BRITISHGP RACE
Silverstone, Great Britain: cloudy Sunday for the rider of Team Mv Agusta Forward Racing at the Silverstone circuit.
Lorenzo Baldassarri returns home with a bitter taste in his mouth, but he is already ready to turn the page.
Balda was the protagonist of a strong high side during the WarmUp, which caused the breakage of many parts of the bike.
The team did its best to be ready for the race. Unfortunately Lorenzo was forced to retire after only 3 laps from the start.
It’s time to go back home where the work for the team will continue.
The thirteenth round is set for the weekend of 10,11 and 12 September for the Grand Prix of Aragon.
“Unfortunately the crash this morning in WarmUp was very bad. Fortunately I didn’t get hurt and I’m okay, even though I hit many parts of my body. As for the bike, it suffered a lot of damage after the crash and this compromised our race. I want to thank the guys who did their best to fix it. Now we are thinking about the next Grand Prix and we won’t be discouraged”.
