CATALAN GP Q1
Difficult day for Balda, but with good margins for improvement in view of a race all in recovery.
The circuit of Barcelona gave also today a sunny day, under which the last free practice and the qualifying session were held from the rider of MV Agusta Forward Racing team.
Lorenzo Baldassarri, who took part in a bad crash this morning, got back on his MV Agusta F2 for the qualifying session, but was unable to achieve his final goal.
Today was a bit of an unusual day. We had a work plan this morning but unfortunately I crashed on the first lap. I have to thank the guys in the team who did a great job to fix the bike. I didn’t have a good feeling with the bike in qualifying and I couldn’t do much from there. I am sorry because we will start from the back tomorrow, but I hope to find my rhythm and give my best.
