ITALIAN GP Q1-Q2

The day of qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello Circuit ended under grey skies for the MV Agusta Forward Racing Team rider.
The Tuscan day began under a warm sun that warmed the tarmac to a temperature of 30°C, to welcome the FP3 of Lorenzo Baldassarri.
The Italian rider has continued the work started yesterday, where he has tried different alternatives at aerodynamic level. In qualifying the rain and a failed tyre conditioned his performance.
Today’s qualifying was a bit disappointing compared to this morning. We were confident with the new set-up and strategy. Unfortunately, the rain at the start of qualifying ruined the plans a bit. We tried to make the most of the track time, but I didn’t have a good feeling with the grip and I didn’t drive at my best so I couldn’t take advantage of the session. Now we will try to analyze the data and tomorrow the objective will be to have a comeback race.
