Jerez Test

Jerez de la Frontera: The first two days of testing for the 2021 season have just ended for Lorenzo Baldassarri and the MV Agusta Forward Racing team

Lorenzo Baldassarri got back on his new MV Agusta F2 after a long winter off and with only one day of test done. In his second outing with the team, the Italian rider focused more on getting the feeling back, completing 158 laps and ending the two days with a best time of 1:41’971, eighth in the combined standings.

Lorenzo Baldassarri – Rider #7
“These two days of testing have been very useful. I needed to regain the feeling I had during the tests at the end of 2020, where I had only done one day and the track conditions were not the best, so I really needed to do some km with my F2.
I also needed these tests to re-establish relationships with the group, which is all new to me. Now we’re ready for Qatar and I’m looking forward to another few days of testing to establish confidence and build a bond with the bike”.
