Finally we start. After months of preparation and testing, the Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team is ready to start the 2022 World Supersport Championship season, which gets underway this weekend at the Motorland circuit in Aragon.

Balda started his SSP adventure on the right foot, coming close to the top in the two-day official test on Monday and Tuesday, and can therefore look forward to the season with confidence.
In the first round Lorenzo will continue to get to know the Yamaha YZF-R6, while at the same time looking for great results.

The Aragon weekend will begin as usual on Friday, with the first two free practice sessions. Saturday will be time for the Superpole and Race 1, while Sunday Race 2 will complete the weekend’s program.

“I’m really excited about this first round. We have worked a lot during the winter, already proving to be competitive. The level is high, so it will not be easy to get great results, but I can’t wait to get on track and give my best. For this round we can count on the data from the tests, but in any case we will have to work on every detail“.
