Styrian GP FP1-2

Baldassarri finishes twenty second after the first day of practice for the Styria GP

Lorenzo Baldassarri went out with the intention of improving the set-up that didn’t work the previous week at the Red Bull Ring circuit. He has spent the day testing different configurations on his Kalex.
The Italian rider didn’t achieved what he expected as far as position is concerned. His best time is 1’29.631, eight tenths of the reference time, and he finishes twenty-second. The FlexBox HP 40 rider is still looking for the ideal set-up and it seems that they have a clear line for tomorrow after today’s tests.

Lorenzo Baldassarri, 22nd, 1’29.631 (+0.898)
“We have dedicated today to testing various things on the bike in order to find good acceleration at the exit of the corners. We are far in terms of position but confident that tomorrow we will take a step forward with all the information collected today.”
